What We Inspect and Why

A home inspection is a comprehensive visual examination of the property's major structure, systems, and accessible components. Since buying a home is a significant investment, getting an inspection is crucial. The inspector's expertise can reveal defects, ranging from minor repairs to safety and health concerns, not always apparent to buyers. With a home inspection, you'll make an informed decision and safeguard your investment's well-being.

Meet Your Inspector

Greg Maupin

I've been working in the residential construction business for 35 years.  Over the years, I worked my way through all phases of home construction and built houses from the ground up.  Doing concrete foundation work, rough framing, doors and windows and exterior finishes all the way to the finished roof.   Then with several years in remodel, I acquired skills in interior finishes including, drywall, texture, paint, trim carpentry, cabinet installation, tile & wood floors, tile shower installation, electrical, plumbing and HVAC.  Having acquired this extensive set of skills has put me in the position of being a highly qualified home inspector.
